A successful interview process proceeds as follows:
Online Recruiting / Recommended by in-house staff ;
Manager/Leader picks appropriate candidates’ resumes to send to Administration & HR Dept.;
Administration & HR Dept. arrange a test (which is 2-day skill testing for artists);
For those who pass the test, an interview will be arranged;
For those who cannot reach the requirement for the time being, we will inform them by email.
